Where does the Conference theme “Working Together: Increasing Trust” come from?

Each year’s conference them is decided at the annual General Service Conference. This year’s theme was chosen at the 74th General Service Conference.

What happens at Pre-conference Assembly?

The Pre-Conference Assembly (PCA) is held in March of each year. This forum allows presentation of Area groups’ consciences, arrived at through home group discussions and district meetings, to the Area Delegate, for conveyance to the General Service Conference (GSC) in New York. The topics for each year’s GSC are predetermined by the previous GSC and furnished to each member of the Area Committee for group and district consideration prior to the PCA.

Is there an Alaska Airlines discount for PCA?

No.

How do I get from the airport to the Aspen Suites Hotel?

The Aspen Suites is approximately .25 mile from the airport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Are meals included with my registration fee?

The following meals are included with your registration fee:

Friday Night Pizza:
Various Pizza choices, (including gluten free and vegetarian choices), drink and dessert.
Sunday Breakfast Buffet:  
Fresh fruit display, Breeze In’s famous donuts, house-smoked bacon, maple sausage links, cottage-style potatoes, & scrambled eggs with green onion, diced bell pepper, & cheese.
 
Saturday Banquet Dinner Choices* ($30 per person):
Pork Rib Plate –  Slow-cooked BBQ pork ribs, baked beans, cornbread, creamy coleslaw, salad, drink & dessert.
 
Baked Chicken Pecan – Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with mustard sauce & toasted pecans. Served with roasted vegetables, wild rice pilaf, salad, drink & dessert.
 
Harvest Bake (Vegetarian / Gluten Free) – A hearty blend of seasonal roasted vegetables tossed with a sweet berry-balsamic glaze, toasted nuts, & goat cheese. Served with rice pilaf, salad, drink & dessert.
 
*You have the option to select Saturday Dinner choices when you register online.
